Michelle, our driver both ways is very personable and professional. She called us when she knew our plane arrived and was very helpful with how to find her. Her beautiful Mercedes van fit all 6 of us and all of our luggage, which she loaded. She let us stop at the store for wine for our cruise😀. When we disembarked she was waiting for us, calling us to let us know she was there for us. Highly recommend her company and her!

Wanted something different than the bus transportation from Orlando Airport to Disney since we were arriving around 10 pm, and found Mercado Transportation. More than pleased with this choice. The driver monitored our flight upon arriving which landed early, so he was there and waiting for us. Al was extremely friendly and professional. Exceptional service, both upon arriving and returning. Cars were large, comfortable and very clean. Highly recommend this service.

We were very happy with Mercado Transportation. I had overestimated the time it would take to get off the ship Saturday but Sam picked us up a few minutes early from our scheduled time. He was very friendly and professional, even on one of his busiest days! We will definitely use Mercado again when in the Orlando area. Clean vehicle and great service!
